my good friend scott included this video with a note he wrote on Facebook very early this morning. i’m in the same boat as he is. our cars have turned out to be the most prudent investments so far. depreciating less than everything else we own.
scott thinks commercial real estate is next and, as mr. schiff mentions, “sometimes medicine tastes bad but you gotta swallow it.”
