kate came to visit and we had a wonderful weekend. girlfriends are a good reason to finally clean your room. we made mac ‘n cheese together. she played halo 2 with alex while they ate ice cream. during dinner on saturday night, my grandmother’s bridge fell out of her lap. i hope kate still wants to come back and visit after seeing half my family crawl around on the ground looking for teeth. stafford played archer hall with their new bassist, steve. he’s a good guy and hopefully big things will be happening soon. tonight, i’m proofing some artwork with them even though all i want to do is sleep. trying to avoid talking to the minister of your church while eating breakfast at a diner makes for an awkward meal.



why is this all about food? i just ate pea soup and should probably shower. more awkward grammar. thrilling.





finally, my portfolio is done. i’m real proud of it too. i had never really been happy with how it looked until now. odds are, this design will stick around for a while. plus, it’s real easy to keep updated. as opposed to the previous design, which was an absolute pain to keep current [hence, the reason i never really updated it]. up next: finishing nat’s site, zbt’s site, stafford’s re-design.





my dad left for cincinnati today. he’ll be there for a few days on business. i didn’t get to see him before he left and that sort of upsets me.
