of the 40something pictures i’ve taken with the s3000, i like this one the most. so far. and i didn’t even take it! mike took it. we were hanging out “backstage” [read: in the church kitchen] at stafford’s show on sunday. he was telling me about he might get a digital SLR and i was telling him if he did, i’d be fucking jealous. regardless, the picture was supposed to be the back of scotty and the fridge. some dude walked in front of mike. so, dude, whoever you are, let me know. just so i can properly label this picture. anyway, i have a feeling i’m gonna get some great shots this weekend. hasket is coming in from the city and stafford is playing in rutherford. alex and thomas might come along too.



i plan on working the rest of this week. then next week i’m getting ready to head back to rider and finish up stafford’s new site. along with updating mine before i get entirely too busy. by the way, i had a fantastic weekend. besides bringing me cookies, it was just great to see her. industry w/ hasket & ang was good times. i lucked out. we got there early [as in, they weren’t even fucking open yet. so we sat at the bar until they could seat us] and had a very enjoyable dinner. expensive. but enjoyable. if you’re ever in the east village and looking for a good time, check out industry [food] on 6th street. we didn’t stay long enough to see the downstairs dining room turn into a lounge, complete with dj, but i’m sure we’ll get another chance. somethings gotta give is too much old people sex. funny, though.



i actually finished shopping for ang’s birthday earlier this evening! and even got her valentine’s day present too. yes, i’m better than you. everything is either ordered and on it’s way or i have it already. i also have to go pick some things up, but they are some of the stuff that’s ordered already. so yeah, i’m pretty proud of myself. usually, when it comes to gifts for other people, i cut it pretty close. it’s just how i am. this is quite out-of-character.



today was cool because: the view from this bridge is done being pressed, in the mail, and should be at tom’s by friday! i finished shopping for ang. my case, rechargeable batteries, and bigger memory card came for my camera. it didn’t rain and thunder at work today, it fucking snowed and thundered! yes. first time ever in my life. snow+thunder. that’s it.



tomorrow is not cool because: the weather will not get any warmer than 20 degrees the rest of the work week. fuck. at least we get some snow on thursday. THANKS.



things i won’t be able to get myself until never because i’ll be paying bills well into march: a nice scarf, new wallet, lomo actionsampler, a hoodie with letters on it, the wide angle and telephoto lenses for the s3000.



now, i eat, bathe, and play some motherfucking video games.
